In order to be eligible to show in performance halter classes, the horse must have earned a Racing ROM (which is what the Eligibility Verification will show) or complete a minimum of one performance class, other than showmanship, at the same show. Also, a horse may not show in a regular age-division halter class and the performance halter class at the same show.
