Peavy was honored as a premier breeder at an earlier World Show.  The history of the Peavy Ranch goes back some 67 years and flows through the bloodlines of countless Appaloosa champions.  Mavis Peavy was responsible for a founding line of horses, which include Bob H, Ding Bob, Gold Bars, Papoose, Chipeta, Peavy Bimbo and Genevieve Peavy.  She was long involved with the Appaloosa registry and worked with Lane Hudson
