Ken Tapley

Ken Tapley started with Appaloosas in 1979, taking four well-chosen horses to the track.  Tapley owned or bred horses such as Little Lady Oh, One Trash Man, Trash O Matic, Classy Trash and Bar-T's Man.  He served on the Florida Appaloosa racing board and as president, was a member of the Executive Race Committee for six years, three of which he served as ERC chairman.  Tapley co-founded the California Golden Stakes series and was advisor to several racing boards for State Racing Association.
