Hadley Campbell

Hadley Campbell of Whitesboro, Texas, a successful breeder, trainer, judge and promoter of the Appaloosa breed for more than 30 years, was one of the great trainers of the 1970s and 1980s. Serving many years on the Blackhawk Appaloosa Association's Board of Directors - in the role of president for several years - Campbell became the club's first Hall of Fame honoree. Campbell also served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Wisconsin Appaloosa Association.  Throughout his career, he won more than 40 National and World titles and coached many youth and non-pros to National and World titles as well.  Campbell is probably most known for his connection with the 1968 National Show's high-point performance horse Honey Toe (besting 1,900 horses) and Honeytone. Campbell currently stands Zip Code One who finished 1997 ranked second on the leading sires of performance winners list.
