- Gunsmokes Skeeter is owned by Terry Thompson
of Aubrey, Texas, and bred by Donald and Jaquelin Reniff of
Nunda, New York. The 1983 mare by Boss’ Nowata Star (AQHA) and
out of Mr Gunsmoke’s Doll has produced
National and World performance champions such as Mr Smokin Jac,
Shotgun Skeeter, Mo Gossip and Skeets Dun It. In all, she has
produced eight registered foals, six of which earned a combined
total of 404 performance points, three earned five registers
of merit, one earned three performance superior event titles
and in all, her foals have earned 11 bronze medallions.
