& Suzanne Koch of Stevinson, Ca, first started on the race track. Raced as a two year-old, he finished 1972--based on earnings--ranked fourth in the nation as a colt. He then went on to earn a bronze medallion in competitive trail riding in 1980 and finish fifth at that year's National Show in the rope race. He returned in 1982 to win National and World Championships in steer daubing, stumps, and the rope race. He topped the leading sire of performance horse list from 1991 to 1994 and again in 1996.
