Bull Nunneley raced for one year, earning $36,345 and six wins,
before he retired to stud where his first foal crop hit the track in
1981. It was there that he made his greatest mark, siring such champions
as I Love Willie, Undercover Willie, Mundo Dinero, Master Bull, Stoned,
Wandering Man, Notch, Built Tough, Mr. Keck and Wing It.
In addition, he was the leading sire in terms of dollars four
times, including 1989. Bred
and owned by Bill Jones of Dallas, Texas, Bull Nunneley passes away
in 1989.
