Apache

Apache was known as "Performance Star Extraordinaire," and his blood runs deep in some of today's champions. Foaled in Idaho in 1942, APACHE was by a sorrel stallion named BETTER STILL H and out of an Appaloosa named QUEEN.
He was bred and owned by Orvil Sears, Sr. People

say that APACHE could win Calf Roping and then turn around and win Ladies' Pleasure, and then pack the kids around at the show grounds. "You could write a book about this horse," said George Hatley. APACHE passed away in 1964.
