Go Charge
The
1966 mare We Go Charge, was bred and owned by Gene Miles of Wichita,
Kansas. In her two years
on the track, We Go Charge attained five wins, five places and two shows
of her 19 starts, winning over $9,581. In 1968 she took top honors in
the Oklahoma Futurity and the Centennial Juvenile Stakes. As a three-year-old
in 1969, the blanketed chestnut took third in the Anthony Downs Allowance
and second in the Oklahoma Allowance Retiring from the track to the
broodmare band, We Go Charge was the dam of four bronze medallion earners,
culminating in her earning a bronze superior production plaque. Her
medallion earners are the great We Go Easy, Easy We Go, Scooter Bug
G., and Go Easy Lovin’. We Go Charge produced a total of 12 registered foals: 11 starters,
seven winners, four stakes winners, four stakes placers, three register
of merit earners and three champions, who earned over $281,742.
We Go Charge passed away in April of 1998 at the age of 32. |
