Recurring Dream, a 1992 gelding, produced by Hall of Famers Dreamfinder and Night Deck was bred by Karen Grimm of Minden, Nevada. Jeff Jirkovsky of Juniata, Nebraska, owns the gelding.
Recurring Dream has earned 13 registers of merit, 37 year-end finalist awards, three year-end high-point awards, seven year-end high-point reserve titles, seven superior event horse titles, a versatility champion award, champion horse award and supereme champion horse award. He was named World’s Best Appaloosa in 1997, 2000 and 2001.
The gelding also has earned one bronze and 10 silver medallions, excelling in cattle, games, pleasure, halter, trail and reining classes to earn 1,108.5 performance points, 131.5 halter points, 27 non-pro points and eight youth points.
The gelding’s full-sister, Night Vision, also happens to be a 2005 Hall of Fame inductee.
